Catherine Knight AIA, Principal of Knight Architects, has over twenty-five years of experience in a broad range of architectural projects, from large corporate office buildings to specialized research facilities. She established Knight Architects in 1991, in Princeton, New Jersey, specializing in residential renovations, additions and new construction.

Although the firm has grown over the past 20 years and now has three professional architects, an affiliation with a structural engineer and small adminstrative/marketing staff, Knight Architects continues to offer personalized service on a one-to-one basis for all aspects of a project. Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest quality work on time and within budget. The style of our work is appropriate to the home and the client's taste with emphasis on classic, timeless details, enhancing the function, value and beauty of the home.

We are a full service architecture firm, experienced in guiding our clients through the entire design and construction process. We work with many fine builders in the Princeton area and pride ourselves in successful pairing of the homeowner with an appropriate Builder, based on project size, schedule and scope.
